Excellent density. Pervasive AND complex aromas, WITH notes OF mixed berry jam, ripe red fruit, wild rose AND crushed violet, undergrowth, delicate spices, balsamic tones AND cocoa. Great bouquet. IN the mouth it IS velvety, WITH perfect tannins AND adequate freshness. The body IS powerful, yet well-balanced AND elegant. After swallowing, the wine leaves extremely long AND pleasant sensations. Best WITH a thick oven-roasted Chianina steak, guinea fowl OR pheasant WITH truffles, wild boar stew WITH herbs AND potatoes.
